Chauvet Arts is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Art Sales Consultant to join our team in Nashville. You will be responsible for selling artwork and services to new clients that you acquire by yourself. This is a unique opportunity for a driven individual with a proven track record in sales to thrive in a creative and entrepreneurial environment.


The perfect candidate will be able to close the deal and understand they serve as a Chauvet Arts brand ambassador.



  • Prospecting and Closing: Identify and pursue potential clients, both in the corporate and residential markets. Use your persuasive skills to close deals and achieve sales targets.
  • Client Management: Manage and negotiate with clients, building lasting relationships to maximize revenue. Understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Lead Generation: Generate leads through your network and market research. Develop strategies to expand our client base and revenue streams.
  • Showings and Meetings: Set up showings and meetings to showcase our art and services. Create compelling presentations to engage clients.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate with the director to develop and execute new marketing ideas. Provide insights and suggestions to enhance our sales strategies.
  • Independent Sales: Work autonomously to acquire new clients. Be a self-starter who can drive sales without relying heavily on marketing materials or predefined lists.
  • Research and Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and competition. Use this knowledge to adapt and refine your sales approach.




  • Proven sales experience is a must.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop unique sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel throughout the Nashville area as needed.
  • Passion for art and an understanding of its value is a plus.
